How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
Wifixtender Septic does not have crews or technicians. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They will explain the work and the price.
What Happens After You Reach Out
1. First, you describe the problem and where you are. 2. Next, your request is routed to a provider that serves your area. 3. Then, the provider contacts you to ask about symptoms and the property. 4. After that, they give you an estimate. Costs vary by job, so ask for it in writing.
If you use the phone, you may be connected to a provider in our network. Call hours vary by provider.
What to Ask a Provider
Use this checklist:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my area?
- What is included in the estimate?
- Could the price change once you see the tank or the pipe?
- How long will the work take?
- What should I do before you arrive?
- Will you help document the damage for an insurance claim?
Where You Can Help
First, check this: clear a path to the lid or cleanout. Keep pets inside. Note when the trouble started. Stop running extra water if drains are slow. If you can, jot down any past service dates, since a provider may ask about them.
Do not open a tank lid yourself. Gases and falls are real dangers. Leave pumping, camera inspections, and pipe repair to a professional.
You Are in Control
You can say no. You can ask for another opinion. You can compare quotes. Nothing is final until you agree to it with the provider.
