If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service.
First, if you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Next, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Wifixtender Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

After You Send It
